Process Automation specialists
Eligens is a group of professionals with 25 years of experience in the development of vertical web solutions for large companies.
Since 2012 we have specialized in solutions based on OpenText™ Process Automation platform.

With OpenText™ Process Automation, including its previous versions known as Cordys BOP, OpenText™ Process Suite and OpenText™ AppWorks, we have developed vertical solutions for numerous multinational companies.
Our operational base is in Italy, but our customers and project partners operate all over the world.

What we do
We discover implicit processes within companies, design the explicit version and make it work.
Where there are tasks managed through the exchange of e-mails going back and forth, with inline replies and attached updates, shared Excel files where tasks are managed or still paper running around, then there are ‘implicit’ business processes behind it.
We make them ‘explicit’ with the appropriate Process Discovery activities. Then we bring them under control, designing them into a process automation solution, also leveraging your existing systems by integrating and orchestrating them into comprehensive business processes.
