Requirement

The goal was to replace a completely manual system—based on paper forms, physical signatures, and tracking in Excel files—with a dynamic, automated workflow in which each request can follow a customized approval path, configured directly by business users based on specific parameters.

Solution

The new platform, built on OpenText™ Process Automation, allows you to digitally draft, approve, and archive each request, with automatic task assignment, creation of the final PDF document, protocol, and automatic archiving on the document management system. The entire process is now accessible via browser, tracked in real time, and fully compliant with corporate security criteria.
