The customer offers car financing services through digital channels, but before our intervention, the contract signing process was fragmented: the eCommerce systems did not communicate with the customer recognition (eKYC), digital signature (eSign), and archiving systems, forcing teams to coordinate manually via email.

Solution

Eligens designed an automated orchestration process on OpenText™ Process Automation, integrating all the systems involved and synchronously managing the recognition, signature, and archiving phases. The solution works behind the scenes of existing systems, ensuring operational continuity and end-to-end automation of the contract flow.
